Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Manager to oversee our product distribution process. The Distribution Manager will be responsible for overseeing the movement of products from the manufacturer to the end customer, ensuring timely delivery and smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire distribution process from product manufacturing to delivery to customers.
- Develop and implement distribution policies and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Manage and coordinate logistics and transportation operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor supply chain and inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and meet customer demand.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and customer service, to ensure effective operations.
- Review and analyze production and customer demand data to forecast future distribution needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. import/export regulations, customs regulations) and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a distribution management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Physical Demands
