Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Specialist to join our team. The Proposal Specialist will be responsible for leading the development and submission of high-quality proposals in response to customer requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs).
Responsibilities
- Lead the proposal development process from receipt of RFP/RFI through submission
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather proposal content and ensure compliance with RFP/RFI requirements

- Develop graphics and other visual aids to enhance proposal messaging
- Manage multiple proposals simultaneously and prioritize work to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure quality of written and designed proposal materials, including overall appearance, completeness, and accuracy of content

- Contribute to the continued improvement of the proposal development process and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in proposal development, preferably in a B2B environment
- Experience using proposal management software (e.g. Qvidian, Proposify) and MS Office suite
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with graphic design and visual aids
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience with government contracting and procurement processes (preferred)
