Plan terms:
Enterprise unlimited: Includes 50 user seats and 2,000 interviews. Each additional Enterprise add-on bundles 10 user seats and 500 interviews. Per-call video question limit on Enterprise is 30; each add-on raises that by 2. Total monthly recorded video time is capped at 15,000 minutes; additional minutes require an Enterprise add-on (2,000 minutes included). Storage cap on Enterprise is 100 GB; additional storage is included in each Enterprise add-on (10 GB).
Outbound SMS volume cannot exceed 3× the interview limit on your plan.
AI credits: 5,000 included on Enterprise; each Enterprise add-on adds 1,000. One AI credit corresponds to approximately 1,000 characters of input or 1,000 characters of output, depending on the operation.
Standard, Premium and Premier plans run with shared compute, which is why we cap company size on those tiers. Enterprise has no such resource limits and is recommended for large hiring teams.
Interview counts (sometimes referred to as applications or candidates) are decremented when an invite is sent (for directly-invited candidates) or when an interview is completed (for public link sign-ups). Interview limits are evaluated over a rolling 30-calendar-day window — they don't reset on the 1st of the month.
Payments are processed via Stripe in the currency you select on signup (USD or EUR). Annual billing is available with a 20% discount. Enterprise customers can request invoiced billing in either currency.
