Why a one-person HR team picks HRBlade
- A flat $99 a month that does not climb as your headcount grows from 20 to 200
- AI first interviews are part of the plan, not a $109 a month add-on plus credits
- Every applicant gets screened and every first interview gets run without you on the call
- You receive the top five with quotes from their answers, and you still make the hire
- Candidates can interview in 20 languages by video, phone or chat
HRBlade analyses no faces, no voices and no emotions; only the text of answers is scored. Read the attestation. Built for companies with one HR person: HRBlade for small businesses.
Frequently asked questions
Is HRBlade cheaper than Workable?
For a company with 20 to 200 employees, yes on list price. Workable Standard starts at $299 a month billed annually for 1 to 20 employees and rises by headcount band; HRBlade Small Business is $99 a month, or $79 billed annually. Workable's plan also includes HR tools HRBlade does not offer. Busy months can need top-ups, available on any plan: +100 AI interviews for $39, +1,000 resume screens for $19 and +100 voice minutes for $49.
Can I use HRBlade alongside Workable?
There is no native HRBlade integration with Workable listed today. You can run HRBlade as the screening and first-interview layer and keep Workable for the rest of your process, moving finalists across by hand, or use the ATS built into HRBlade instead.
Does Workable use AI to screen candidates?
Yes. Workable's pricing page lists a Screening Agent among its AI agents; it is an add-on that uses AI credits, at 1 credit per candidate screened, with 3,000 credits included in each ATS plan.
What does Workable do that HRBlade does not?
Workable bundles core HR (HRIS, onboarding, time off, time tracking, e-signatures, payroll preparation) and posts jobs to 200+ boards. HRBlade focuses on screening, AI first interviews and the shortlist, with a built-in ATS for tracking.
