AMISCON GLOBAL S.L., provider of the HRBLADE hiring platform, confirms the following in respect of the platform as supplied to customers in the European Union.
No function of the HRBLADE platform infers, or is capable of inferring, the emotions, emotional state, mood, intentions, confidence, enthusiasm, engagement or stress of a natural person from biometric data.
Article 5(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 prohibits the placing on the market, putting into service or use of AI systems to infer emotions of a natural person in the areas of workplace and education institutions, other than for medical or safety reasons. That prohibition has applied since 2 February 2025. The European Commission's Guidelines on prohibited AI practices of 4 February 2025 confirm that the prohibition extends to the use of such systems during recruitment.
HRBLADE does not place, put into service or use any such system.
The platform performs no facial recognition, no facial expression analysis, no micro-expression analysis, no gaze or eye-contact tracking and no video-based scoring of any kind.
Curriculum vitae documents are converted to plain text before any processing. Photographs contained in a CV are not transmitted to any AI model. Candidate profile images stored by the platform are not transmitted to any AI model.
The platform performs no analysis of tone, pitch, pace, pauses, prosody, accent or any other paralinguistic or vocal property.
Where audio is processed, it is converted to text by a speech-to-text engine and only the resulting text is assessed. No property of the voice itself is retained as a feature or used in any score.
The platform performs no biometric categorisation within the meaning of Article 3(40) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, and does not use biometric data to deduce or infer race, political opinions, trade union membership, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life or sexual orientation.
Personal data of candidates is not used to train, fine-tune or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence model, whether operated by AMISCON GLOBAL S.L. or by a third party. Inputs to and outputs from the AI model vendors used by the platform are excluded from model training by contract.
This attestation covers the HRBLADE platform as supplied to customers contracting with AMISCON GLOBAL S.L. It is valid until amended or withdrawn in writing. AMISCON GLOBAL S.L. undertakes to notify customers in writing before introducing any capability that would render any statement above inaccurate.
The capabilities described in sections 1 to 4 are recorded as outside the pre-determined change envelope in our technical documentation, meaning that introducing any of them would constitute a substantial modification and could not be made as a routine product update.
